You can find out more about the process and the support of AFS Compliance on this link www.afsuk.com/asset-finance-solutions/contact/complaints-procedure/
Complaints Procedure
In the first place, talk to the person who you’ve been liaising with, that’s usually the quickest way to resolve a problem. If you’re still not satisfied, please escalate by submitting a formal complaint through one of the methods below:
In writing to: FAO Complaints Manager, Unit 1 Gannex Park, Dewsbury Road, Elland, West Yorkshire, HX5 9AF
Or by email to: complaints@fleetfinders.co.uk
Customer Complaint Procedures
We aim to resolve a complaint in the most efficient way possible; it will be investigated competently, diligently and impartially; be assessed fairly, consistently and promptly; and all relevant factors will be taken into account.
• We will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 5 working days.
• After review we will contact you in writing with an explanation and expected timescales, including any further information we may need and regular progress updates.
• If our investigation isn’t complete within 8 weeks of receipt, we’ll write explaining why. If you’re not satisfied with progress, you may refer the matter to the Motor Ombudsman Service.
• On completion of our review, we’ll write informing you of the outcome, followed by a written Final Response letter setting out the investigation details, outcome, and any offer of remedial action/redress and how it was calculated.
Investigating a Complaint
The investigation will include, as a minimum: a review of the relevant client file; taking into account any information/documents you’ve submitted; and, if necessary, a request for additional information.
We aim to resolve all complaints internally. If you’re not satisfied with the final outcome, you can contact the Financial Ombudsman (financial-ombudsman.org.uk/contact-us) or, for non-financial complaints, Trading Standards. You may also contact the BVRLA Conciliation Service, an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution service – www.bvrla.co.uk or complaint@bvrla.co.uk.
